The Bornheimer Ratskeller sees itself as a gastronomic craft business rooted in the region. Accordingly, everything here is made in-house from regional products that we receive directly from the producer. We bake our own bread every day, mature our own sausages and meats, process only whole animals and cook every dish ourselves from the first to the last touch. In doing so, we go with the seasons and use up every shred of the raw ingredients supplied to us. In addition to the restaurant with 90 seats, we welcome our guests for special occasions in the function rooms on the upper floors with 36 and 90 seats respectively. In addition, there is a summer garden with 500 seats.
